Menu Week Starting 31st March 30 March, 2008

Last week’s menu went really well! Everyone’s loving the variety as I’ve tried to implement some new meals over the past couple of months.
Monday: Roast vegies, steamed carrots, peas, gravy
Tuesday: Slow-cooker rice bake & steamed broccoli & mashed pumpkin
Wednesday: Slow-cooker enchilada bake & salad, dessert - flavoured yoghurt
Thursday: Slow-cooker Hungarian chicken & rice
Friday: Homemade gnocchi & tomato sauce
Saturday: Out
Sunday: Lentil Loaf & salad & sauces, dessert.
Baking: Cake/biscuits/muffins for morning teas. Dessert Sunday - self-saucing pudding.
