1 medium avocado

3/4 cup water

1/2 tblspn olive oil

juice of half a lemon

3 tsp fresh herbs (1/3 tsp dried herbs)

sprinkle of salt to taste

In blender or with stick blender process avocado & water.  Add oil, herbs, salt, lemon juice.  Process until creamy.
